RideKey - Privacy

Privacy Notice

The RideKey application collects and stores only the information necessary to operate the app, process your order, and ship your product.

When you read your key, the key identifier is stored locally on your device and/or on our server to allow you to request a compatible duplicate of that key when you place an order.

When you enter your contact and shipping information during checkout and complete a purchase, that information is stored on our server solely for the purpose of processing, fulfilling, and shipping your order.

The following information is stored on our server:

• Your Name, address and phone number - for shipping and delivery
• Your email address - for order confirmation and updates
• Your OEM Key Identifier - for creating your RideKey
• Your IP Address - To allow order processing and handling security on our server

Payment processing and your credit card information is completely handled by Stripe. NEBIZ LLC does not see, process, collect or store your credit card information. Your contact and order information is shared with Stripe only as necessary to process payment.

Shipping services are handled through Shippo. Your contact and shipping information is shared with Shippo and your selected shipping carrier solely for the purpose of creating shipping labels and delivering your order.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with third parties except as described above or as required by law.

You may delete stored key identifiers at any time by using the Key Management feature in the app, then selecting Delete Key, and then selecting Delete All Keys. If you saved a safety backup of your keys, be sure to also manually delete all the ridekey_backup_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM.json files or any other versions or copies you made of this file. Note in the file name: YYYY=year, MM=month, DD=day, HH=hour, MM=minute. There may be more than one copy.

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
